百度上市揭开hao123身价之谜

hao123到底卖了多少钱？
此前有说5000万人民币的，也有说卖了3000万人民币，最准确的是一个哥们说卖了1500万还有一小部分股票的。
而根据百度的招股说明书，购买hao123，花费了1190万人民币加上40000股股票。外带120万流量的额外费用。
实际上，按现在100美元每股的价格，4万股现在的百度股票，相当于400万美元，约合人民币3200万。
加上1200万，似乎4400万人民币，说5000万也不为过。
In August 2004, we acquired thedomain name Hao123.com from its ownerunrelated to us. At the time of the acquisition, Hao123.com was thelargest traffic contributor to our Baidu.com website among our BaiduUnion members. Pursuant to the asset purchase agreement, we paid theseller an aggregate purchase priceconsisting of RMB11.9 million (US$1.4 million) in cash and 40,000ordinary shares of our company. In addition, we agreed to make acontingent payment of an additional RMB1.2 million (US$0.1 million) tothe seller if certain traffic statistics ofHao123.com are achieved within 12 months of the acquisition. We haveaccounted for the transaction as an asset purchase and recorded theintangible assets at the purchase price, excluding the contingentpayment consideration. Since the acquisition,traffic of Hao123.com has become part of our organic traffic, and we nolonger share revenues generated from users of Hao123.com.
